Who is UAS?

Who underwrites UAS?

The insurance policies are issued by Underwriting Agencies of Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN: 201612183E) acting under a binder agreement as agent of the insurer, QBE Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd (UEN: 198401363C) 1 Wallich Street, #35-01 Guoco Tower Singapore 078881.

Can I tailor my policy?

Absolutely. We start with a basic but comprehensive policy. The policy can be customized by adding and/or adjusting the various sections and limits to suit customers’ requirements.

What if I have a claim?

In the event of loss or damage, simply download our claim form from the claims page, fill in the details and return to us by email to: claims@uasg.com.sg

In order to provide a high standard of claim services it is essential to have the resources and cooperation of people who know and understand mobile plant and equipment. It is equally important that the loss adjuster and the repairer working on the claim communicate on a level that is in the interests of all concerned.

UAS Claims has the necessary experience, resources and industry credibility required to enable us to achieve positive claims outcomes such as speedy results and cost-efficient repairs which we endeavour to deliver as part of our commitment to client satisfaction. Our Claims Department will act quickly on a reported claim and will mobilise our resources to minimize any unnecessary downtime.
