Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising in connection with them are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales, Australia for UAS Asia Pacific. We each agree that the courts of New South Wales, Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to determine disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
